The iPhone’s ringtone feature has been the center of quite a bit of discussion ever since Apple flipped the switch last month. With each recent iPhone and iTunes software update, Apple stifled user-generated ringtones (kinda) and remains quietly stubborn on its policy of preferring that users get their ringtones from the iTunes Store only.
