Today I downloaded both iTunes 8.2 and iPhone OS 3.0. After installing everything, syncing the iPhone with my 64-bit Vista failed at the end of the process with this message “The iPhone cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13019).”
I downloaded the 3.0 O.S. with the same results(unknown error 13019). If anyone can answer this problem I would greatly appreciate it!
same problem
same problem..
read that if you uncheck ‘sync music’ box then sync your iphone it will sync correctly.. don’t know for sure if it works but im tryin right now!
It is a problem with the Voice Memos.
I recorded a memo on the phone. Synced.
Renamed the memo in iTunes.
Synced. Failed
Deleted the Memo in itunes.
Deleted the Memo on the phone.
Synced. Success.
The problem is not limited to voice memos. The work-around listed of unchecking the “Sync music” box, then syncing, then rechecking the box, and syncing again, does seem to work.
I work for tech support and this works, the uncheck and recheck it’s what we get customers to do when they get this error
Thanks Bob
Works for me
Tommy
fyi - I did this, but lost all the playlists I had created on MediaMonkey!
Fixed the sync problem, BUT DAMNN
I had this problem and the only solution was to delete all voice notes both the iphone and in itunes. unchecking and rechecking sync music did NOT fix the problem.
the uncheck-check DID NOT work for me so i tryed deleting the VOICE MEMOS and it worked ferfect ))
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!
Voice memos. They are the culprit!
if u delete any voice memos that u renamed it will fix the problam
Just deleted my voice memos off of Itunes and sync worked fine! .... just kept voice memos on iphone….
well i try un-checking the sync music but i got the same error ... but then i unchecked the sync voice memo and that fixed it for me.
