New iPhone viewable How-To site published by Apple

It was just about a year ago that I got my iPhone. I remember all too well the joy of fiddling around with everything and trying out all of the features. As an engineer, I almost never read manuals. While it’s fun to figure out how to use something on its own, it’s also nice sometimes to have it all spelled out for you. Apple’s got a great howto site that gives you instructions on how to use every feature of your spiffy bit of high technology.
If you’re a new iPhone owner, or if you’ve had yours for a while, this is a great resource. Even people like me who think they’ve seen it all will find new things.

Seventeen, Runner’s World Become Latest Mags To Launch iPhone Apps
We’ll admit it: we’re obsessed with iPhone apps created by magazines. And we don’t even have an iPhone! (Blackberry all the way.)
Today, we learned of two new magazines entering the market with new apps. Seventeen magazine’s Fashion Finder app is the first for a Hearst title, offering its readers the ability to locate clothing and accessories featured in the magazine in stories near them.

Google Voice to be retooled as Web app for iPhone
Even though Apple prevented it from listing Google Voice on the iPhone App Store, Google is planning on retooling the application as a Web-based app, according to The New York Times.

Google Latitude For iPhone
Google has optimized its Google Latitude for the Safari browser in iPhone and iPod touch. Google Latitude is a web application and requires iPhone OS 3.0 as the mobile Safari browser in this version of iPhone OS can feed back the device’s location to web application.

A finger-friendly iGoogle returns to iPhone and Android handsets
Google has been once again revamped its iGoogle start page for easier use on iPhone and Android handsets. It lets you see and interact with your gadgets in a similar fashion to the desktop version, by making use of tabs and displaying content that runs in iFrames. The previous version, which was mysteriously discontinued by Google in late January, simply put everything into one, large vertical stream, and required you to go back and forth to get at different sets of widgets.

You have the option of viewing all their car offerings, with special galleries, specification and prices.
