Concept art: the iPhone 4G
MobileCrunch published just another cool iPhone 4G concept. Not only is the exterior design cool but also the screen designs are stunning. It reminds me a bit of the latest and meanest HTC that I had in my hands a few days ago. I specially liked the animating weather app on the front, it was showing rain and sometimes the windscreen wipers cleaned the screen.

We want an aluminium iPhone 4G Jonathan! [Update]
Brussels, Robin Bollen, February 21 2010.
The more the winter is loosing its cold grip on Europe, the more the unveiling of the new iPhone 4G is nearing. We have already been speculating about coming iPhones. One prediction was a cheaper iPhone in February, I guess we can strike that one out from the rumor list after next week.
A new rumor surfaced in the beginning of the month about a HD video codec found in the latest SDK and some other rumor evidence about new iPhone 4G parts have been found last week.

iPhone OS 3.1.3 is out in the wild - battery improvement
Apple just release iTunes 9.0.3 which includes the new iPhone OS 3.1.3.
The update is quite minor and doesn’t hint for a new iPhone in the near future. It reports to improve the accuracy of the reported battery level on iPhone 3GS. Unfortunately not the battery drainage problems some users report when activating push-mail. iPhone OS 3.1.3 resolves and issue where third-party apps wouldn’t launch in some instances. And last but not least, it fixes a bug that may cause an app to crash when using the Japanese Kana keyboard.
In the Apple forums you can find reports of users that have more space usage in iTunes now, with a solution posted by user wjosten.

iPhoneTunes review: Magellan RoadMate 2010 North America
New York, Andy Prior // Dec 12, 2009
It’s namesake, Ferdinand Magellan, set out to circumnavigate the globe in search of The Spice Islands with a fleet of wind powered ships in a time long before GPS and iPhones. The fact I’m just in search of better ways to navigate my world perhaps makes me a kindred spirit of a great explorer of a bygone era.
The real question to be answered now is, how does the Magellan application stack up in my continuing journey to make the iPhone the only electronic device needed? Given the opportunity for discovery I made a left turn from life’s expected road, grabbed Magellan’s GPS app and started down the same path of discovery and adventure that the company is named for. Keep reading to find out if the journey uncovered perfection or peril.

Fixing iPhone error 13019 when syncing with iTunes 8.2:Resolution
Please update to iTunes 9. If updating to iTunes 9 does not resolve the issue, please continue:
The error will most commonly occur while syncing music. This issue can be resolved by following these steps:
1.Select the iPhone or iPod touch in iTunes under Devices.
2.Click the Music tab and under the Sync music option, choose Selected playlists.
3.Deselect the Voice Memos playlist.
4.Click Apply and then click Sync.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, check the device and the iTunes library for duplicate voice memos. If you find any duplicate voice memos, delete the duplicates and then sync.
If those steps do not resolve the issue, then follow these steps:
1.Select the iPhone or iPod touch in iTunes under Devices.
2.Click the Music tab and deselect the Sync Music option.
3.Click Apply and then click Sync.
4.After the sync is complete, reselect the Sync Music option.
5.Click Apply and then click Sync.
If the Error 13019 occurs while syncing content other than music (applications, podcasts, and so on), then perform the same steps above but uncheck the content that stops syncing with Error 13019.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, attempt to sync an empty iTunes music library to the device while logged in as a new admin user. Follow these steps to create a new admin user:
