iTunes ping already in your iPhone
iTunes 10 is integrating Facebook for music. Steve Jobs proudly presented the feature on yesterday’s Apple fall 2010 event. I think that they will have a hit with ping. How cool it is to follow your favourite artists and see what they like for music. Also the exclusive photos they post are now in your pocket on the go.
The iTunes app for the iPhone has automagically a new ping button in the bottom menu. So if you install iTunes 10 you can already use it on any iOS4 device. I wonder how they have updated the app? Anyone an idea?

iOS 4.0.1 just released [update2: includes carrier upgrade + keeps settings]
Apple has just released an update for iOS 4. That is really quick if you recall that version 4 was released June 21, less than a month ago.
Their web site describes the upgrade like this;
The iOS 4.0.1 Software Update improves the formula to determine how many bars of signal strength to display on iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, and iPhone 3G. The real signal strength remains the same, but the bars on iPhone will indicate it more precisely.
The upgrade has been pushed out just after the keynote in which Steve Jobs explains the antenna issue of the iPhone 4.

Concept art: the iPhone 4G
MobileCrunch published just another cool iPhone 4G concept. Not only is the exterior design cool but also the screen designs are stunning. It reminds me a bit of the latest and meanest HTC that I had in my hands a few days ago. I specially liked the animating weather app on the front, it was showing rain and sometimes the windscreen wipers cleaned the screen.
