iPhone / Apple TV and gaming options
Why is Apple Inc. ™ so silent about gaming?
They have a complete ecosystem running wireless on Intel ™ these days. How can this be used for gaming?
The iPhone has already running a full Operating System with nice graphics of course. It has three sensors; The accelerometer can be used like the Wii controller for instance.
The games could be wirelessly synced, from your desktop to the Apple TV via the new ultra-fast 802.11n protocol. When OSX Leopard arrives in the stores soon, maybe the games can be streamed from disk or Internet directly to your big plasma screen.
To take it one step further, you could train your own game character while you are in the subway, on your iPhone. It would be great if you could upload your character to any Apple TV and continue there with your friends enjoying your new built skills. You can swing the sword, the iPhone and a special Apple iCord connected to your wrist of course, around the room like sir Lancelot.
You can buy items in the game by simply confirming the 4 digit buying code by tapping it with your fingers on the display. When you meet friends in the bar downtown you can sell and buy items, property, services or whatever. The Blue Tooth, “just works” integration, makes it easy to connect to other people and share things with them. The phone seamlessly switches between Telco networks to Wifi to Blue Tooth.

Becoming a Believer in Apple’s iPhone
One gripe about the iPhone is that it will cost $499 for the 4GB version and $599 for the 8GB version. Those are high prices for a cell phone. But the iPhone is a little more than a phone. It’s a video-ready iPod. How much do you pay for an 8GB iPod nano now? The answer: $249. Add that, plus the cost of a gorgeous, wide video screen to the price of, say, a Palm Treo 750, which is listed for $399, and you’re at a price that’s well north of $600.

Mount your iPhone securely with iGO primo's Car Dock by NNG:Some GPS apps have volume control in the settings menu, I have the same issue sometimes with Navigon, I start driving with the volume of the iPhone normal and then I don’t hear the Voice instructions until I boost the volume in the settings of the app.
