iPhone ready sitesLast week, I was surprised (as I hear many others were) to learn that Microsoft has a mapping feature as part of its “Live” web-based services.

Now, the Microsoft Virtual Earth blog—hosted on Windows Live Spaces, no less—has announced that Live Maps is now compatible with Safari, both the desktop and mobile versions. This means it can also be accessed via iPhone or iPod touch.
